All vocabulary lists, anime names, dates, episode information, and related content are derived under fair use for educational purposes. This content may include or refer to copyrighted material, with all rights remaining with the original copyright holders.
4. User License
KIKU grants users a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not imply ownership of any content by users. KIKU retains all rights to its content and services.

6. Age Restrictions
Due to the nature of content found in anime, KIKU is recommended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 are advised to obtain parental consent before using the app.
7. Subscription Services and Free Tier
KIKU offers a subscription service at $2 per month, providing additional features and an ad-free experience. The free tier includes adverts. We don't like ads either so please upgrade and support the app.
8. Use Restrictions
Misuse of KIKU’s services, including server abuse, data scraping, or unauthorized content replication, is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of access.
