All vocabulary lists, anime names, dates, episode information, and related content are used under fair use for educational purposes. This content may include or refer to copyrighted material; all rights remain with the original copyright holders.

4. User License

Kiku grants users a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the app and its content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This license does not confer ownership of any content to users. Kiku retains all rights to its content and services.

6. Age Restrictions

Due to the nature of anime content, Kiku is recommended for users aged 13 and older. Users under 13 should obtain parental consent before using the app.

7. Subscription Services and Free Tier

Kiku offers a subscription service at $2 per month, providing additional features and an ad-free experience. The free tier includes adverts; we don't like ads either, so please consider upgrading to support the app.

8. Use Restrictions

Misuse of Kiku’s services—including server abuse, data scraping, or unauthorized content replication—is strictly prohibited and may lead to termination of access.

9. Amendments to Terms

Kiku reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination of Service

Kiku may terminate or restrict your access for violations of these Terms, especially for content misuse or service abuse, to protect our community and services.

11. Dispute Resolution

Disputes should be resolved amicably through mediation whenever possible. Unresolved disputes will proceed to arbitration under UK law, emphasizing less adversarial means.
